Meet Miss Pam
Early Childhood Educator & Wee Ones Family Daycare Director
To have the privilege of spending time with these small friends, guiding and encouraging them during such a short, yet incredibly important chapter of their lives is a true blessing.
I appreciate every single day and the opportunity to share in the lives of the families who trust me. For me, caregiving isn’t just a profession; it’s a lifelong calling rooted deeply in kindness and heart-centered connection.
My journey as a nurturer started before I can even remember. Growing up in a home daycare, the rhythms of comfort, laughter and childhood wonder were woven into the very fabric of my life from the start.
By the time I was 10, I landed my first babysitting job and I’ve never really stopped. I spent my early professional career taking care of children and working in a preschool setting, building what has now become over 20 years of professional experience.
Caring for young children is the most amazing gift I could be given.
Throughout my 20+ years of caregiving my core mission remains exactly the same.
My little friends need to be seen, heard and valued. They have so much to say and share and I make it my priority to truly listen to them. In my care, we keep our days positive, FUN and structured while allowing for the flexibility that allows for big feelings and sparks of curiosity.
I love meeting children exactly where they are in each moment.
My heart doesn’t just stop with the children I see every day, it extends to the wonderful families who love them. I’m passionate about supporting parents and building a genuine village around our little hearts. I know as a mom of 3, the community we build as parents has the unique ability to uplift and support other parts of our lives and I can’t wait to be there for you, as well as your child.
Yes — that’s me in this photo!
I’ve been doing this for 20 years.
